The day began on a sad note. A drop off of Joyce and Jerry at the airport in a ceremonial changing of the guard. (Debbie and Larry got the keys to the car).
Even the sky was crying when Jerry and Joyce left. (It was raining. Debbie just likes to be a little dramatic). The drive home went surprisingly well considering they were in someone else’s car in a foreign country and not really sure where they were going. It was with a huge sigh of relief that they turned into the single entrance neighborhood only to find the road blocked by a huge crane. Always flexible with money to burn, Debbie and Larry backed down the drive and went shopping at the grocery store. It was time for lunch anyway. They purchased many items that would not have been approved by Joyce. By the time that they finished shopping, they were able to get into the neighborhood. They spent the rest of the day preparing for their move to Norway.
We are glad the intrepid duo will persevere–besides t is hurricane season in Houston.

Hmmm, the short nature of this blog has me worried that the changing of the guard is impacting your creative flow??
It is because we are so sad and it is impacting my creative flow because I have to work harder now.
