It was supposed to rain today but it didn’t. Nevertheless, the group continued with their rainy day plans. They went to Heritage Square in Phoenix. Historic Moment: Heritage Square is a reminder of the city’s Victorian past. It is a (yes a) block of old houses.
HHR: Did you go to Heritage Square today?
Larry: Yes, but we parked far away because Les Cheap Girls were in attendance.
Debbie: We did that for your health and to save money.
Larry: I felt like some of the area was sketchy and I might need to take off running.
Debbie: Again – thinking of your health and exercise.
HHR: Did I see you at a church?
Jerry: Yes, we went to St. Mary’s Basilica while we were waiting for the tour. It has the most stained glass windows in the state of Arizona.
HHR: Did you have a tour?
Debbie: Yes, we found out that people drug their beds outside to sleep in the yard because it was so hot. I don’t think our neighbors would like for us to drag our beds in the front yard. The squirrels would throw stuff down on us.
Joyce: We toured Rosson House with a guide. We weren’t supposed to touch anything but I think that Debbie touched the floor with her foot. She got off the rug.
HHR: Should Debbie be reported for the violation?
Debbie: No one asked for your opinion, HHR.
Larry: No let’s just keep that in our back pocket for later use.
Larry loved the camo cell tower. He took lots of pictures. One house that we can’t remember the name Inside St. Mary’s St. Mary’s Bascilica Watch me cut the wood Did you break it? Robson House Our guide locked us out Did Debbie step off the rug? The stove If only the pie keeper was full of pies.
Larry When you come back you can drive the Tesla and play with my pedal saw. I have one like the one you saw in Scottsdale.
Larry looks forward to coming back and doing both of those things.
