A visit with the Clydesdales at Warm Springs Ranch [in the morning) and then, Go Cardinals! The Pirates versus the Cardinals.

The group arrived at Warm Springs Ranch as the gates opened. What is Warm Springs Ranch, you ask? It is Clydesdales, Clydesdales, Clydesdales. The horses are born and retired at Warm Springs.

HHR: Is it true that Debbie started hauling back Budweiser at 9 in the morning?

Debbie: Wait a minute, part of the tour included a free beer. It is hard for Les Cheap girls to give up anything free but I did not partake.

Laurette: I did. Someone had to test the product. Lisa also tested. I don’t know what happened to Lyda and Becky.

Debbie: HHR didn’t I see you in the keg room?

Lyda: The horses retire to Warm Springs. One of the retired horses is Stan who starred in several Budweiser commercials and is quite the poser. Everyone went on the tour which included about a speech on rules. Late comers caused the rules to be repeated.

HHR: Debbie, wasn’t the rule speech meant for you?

Debbie: No, there were bigger rule breakers than me on that wagon.

Laurette: Yes, I think Lisa did not enjoy the rule speech. I saw some eye contact with Lisa and the guide. We all know that Debbie likes rules. We had to tell her to stop trying to enforce the rules.

Becky: Let’s talk about the Chocolate quest. We started a quest for chocolate stores.

Lyda: Our first stop was Bijoux Chocolate. We had to go twice because it was closed the first time. GPS is a wonderful thing. It has expanded our world. At least 3 of the group tracked our route at all times.

HHR: Is it true that Debbie ate her chocolate with a beer chaser?

Lisa: Please, you are underselling Debbie. I think that it was wine and that she saved the beer for the ballgame.

Becky: Yes, the Cardinals played Pittsburgh Pirates.

HHR: Debbie, who won?

Debbie: Winning is not important but I did have a baseball hot dog as part of my Hot Dogs Around the World.

Lisa: I did have a beer in my quest for Beers Around the World.

Laurette: I support Debbie and Lisa.
