Off they went to the winding trail down to Montreux. The intent was to visit old town and walk around the lake and surrounding area. At this point, Old Town was abandoned and they retreated to a much quieter part of the lake.
After they found a parking spot, Joyce ordered cheese fondue for lunch. They enjoyed the afternoon, visited a church and strolled around part of the lake.
