Jennifer went to eat with a friend.  So, I picked up Mia today.  We saw a lemonade stand some kids had set up 4 or 5 streets away on our way back.  We rushed home and walked back to the stand.  The kids were raising money for VBS at 2nd Baptist for homeless children in India.   We purchased a glass for the road.   We decided to walk back and forth across the streets on the way home to get my 10,000 steps.  It started out well and we ran up and down one street.  On the 2nd, street we slowed down and Mia tried to hop a block like a frog.  She also tried to convince me to pick up a lost worm and adopt it.  I declined.  On the third street, we were both dragging and Mia started singing a self composed song where I was queen of the bugs and they were walking with us.  It went something like this  “It is a boring walk,  a boring walk.   We don’t want to walk.  We will kill the queen and feed her to a frog”.  Good thing that I am not sensitive.  Although, I was hot and sweaty by this time.
